Summary
Job Responsibilities:
The ODU Research foundation is seeking a CRM Management Analyst to perform work through the ODU Discover Your Dominion Program. The CRM Management Analyst is a full-time position designated to support the existing customer relationship management system. This position will also assist in leading the implementation and support the administration of campus ESP. More specifically, this position will oversee the bi-directional texting feature of Campus ESP.

Support the use and development of the customer relationship management system.

Use Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud to assist the CRM Manager for Enrollment Management with development, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of recruitment and retention campaigns to facilitate enhance communication with prospects, applicants, and enrolled students.

Manage student recruitment and retention campaigns within the CRM and Marketing Cloud systems.

Support the development and automation of contact strategies for CRM campaigns. Use the CRM tools to build email templates, automate communications, and create campaigns. Create reports, performance charts, and dashboards for ODU staff and faulty with the intent to make evidence-bases decisions concerning student recruitment, admission, and persistence.

Administrative Support for Enrollment Management

Duties to include, but not limited to schedule meetings, compile meetings minutes, and support Serve as one of the University’s essential personnel in emergency or critical situations as deemed necessary by the supervisor.

Min Qualification:  

Education and/or training: Experience is generally acquired through a combination or education and/or experience working within information technology systems, communications and/or marketing.

Level and type of experience: Entry level experience analyzing data, using information technology systems to solve problems and meet objectives for internal and external constituents.

Specific knowledge, skills, and abilities:  Entry level knowledge and understanding of relational databases. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work independently following established guidelines and procedures. Demonstrated ability to identify and correct system issues, and capacity to analyze data and develop reports.
