The Old Dominion University Research Foundation (ODURF) has an opening for a Post-Doctoral Research Associate to carry out research in Fourier transform spectroscopy of molecules and aerosols in the University’s Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. The position entails the recording and analysis of spectra with high resolution Fourier transform spectrometers in the laboratory and from orbit. These spectra require interpretation to obtain properties. Qualified candidates must have experience in the analysis of high resolution molecular spectra and a PhD in Chemistry or Physics.
