Summary
This position will provide technical support to research projects in the lab. Candidate interested in working in the areas of molecular & cellular biology and small animal studies are encouraged to apply. The researcher will work closely with the Principal Investigator, assisting with research coordination and implementation. The candidate will perform some of the general responsibilities, depending on the experience level: - Basic cell and molecular biology experiments: cell culture, DNA/RNA isolation, gel electrophoresis, western blotting, and PCR. - Small animal handling, such as weigh and treat mice, help with tissue collection. - Help with operational lab activities; assists in the maintenance and troubleshooting of lab equipment and supplies. - Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree in related biomedical science and working knowledge in a biomedical research lab.
