The Women’s Business Center (WBC) Program Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Women’s Business Center’s operations, including program development, client services, outreach, and strategic partnerships. This role is dedicated to supporting women entrepreneurs by providing resources, training, and guidance that foster business success and growth. The Program Manager will lead a team in delivering high-quality programs and services that empower women to achieve their business goals, while ensuring the center meets its funding and compliance requirements. Education and/or training: knowledge is typically acquired through Bachelor's degree in business or related field, at least five years' relevant business and program management experience, or other project management experience preferred, Proven track record of creating, launching, and managing successful projects
Level and type of experience: Entrepreneurial experience is highly desired, Public speaking skills and/or training experience, Familiarity with women's business issues.
Specific knowledge, skills, and abilities: Proficiency in languages other than English desirable, Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget planning and forecasting, Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and balance competing interests. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft office suite.
