Summary

Under the guidance of the Program Director, the Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Bright Views project, a dynamic social-emotional learning curriculum designed for preschoolers. This position offers a unique opportunity to directly impact young children's development and contribute to a highly meaningful program. You will work closely with childcare center directors and staff, families, and community partners to ensure the program’s successful implementation and evaluation.

This position is part time, estimated 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule and flexible work opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Program Support & Coordination: Program support and coordination: Assist with the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Bright Views program. Ensure all activities align with project goals and timelines.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Act as a primary liaison between childcare centers, staff, families, and community stakeholders to foster strong relationships and promote program success.
  • Materials Management: Oversee the organization and inventory of program materials and resources, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for implementation.
  • Content Development: Create and update educational and promotional materials, including newsletters, flyers, and digital/social media content, to engage and inform the community.
  • Website & Online Systems Maintenance: Regularly update and manage the project website and online tools to ensure accurate and accessible information.
  • Other duties as assigned 

Education and/or training:

Experience working with preschool programs, early childhood education, or social-emotional learning

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Comfort with technology, including website management, online systems, and social media

Passion for early childhood education and community engagement
