Summary
This position will provide technical support to research projects in a lab setting. Candidate interested in working in the areas of molecular & cellular biology and small animal studies are encouraged to apply. The researcher will work closely with the Principal Investigator, assisting with research coordination and implementation. 
Job Responsibilities:

The candidate will perform some of the general responsibilities, depending on the experience level:

Basic cell and molecular biology experiments: cell culture, DNA/RNA isolation, gel electrophoresis, western blotting, and PCR.

Small animal handling, such as weigh and treat mice, help with tissue collection.

Help with operational lab activities; assists in the maintenance and troubleshooting of lab equipment and supplies.

Minimum qualifications:

Associate degree in related biomedical science.


Preferred knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Have working knowledge of biomedical research lab.
