Biosensing and Biomanufacturing lab at Old Dominion University has an immediate opening for post-doctoral researcher position in the area of CAR T-cell manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have experience in biomedical assay development, including electroporation, dielectrophoresis, fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. The post-doctoral researcher will develop novel radio-frequency electric field-based CAR T-cell manufacturing technology for cancer treatment. Ideal candidate should be self-learner who can navigate time-sensitive research projects.
Experience: Entry level with experience in biomedical assay development.

Perform research and development in the area of CAR T-cell manufacturing using RF electric fields.
Present research weekly to the rest of the team members and develop manuscripts, conference papers and patent applications.
Set-up new collaborations and participate in other research activities in the lab.
