- Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a relevant discipline (completed by the start date) - Demonstrated research experience in any relevant area - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams

Postdoctoral Researchers in the Office of Enterprise Research and Innovation (OERI) will have opportunities to contribute to innovative applied research and collaborate across disciplines. OERI unifies and advances the research of six diverse multidisciplinary centers, with strengths spanning cybersecurity, maritime systems, modeling and simulation, and workforce development. With more than 100 research faculty, project scientists, support staff, and students, OERI provides a dynamic environment that fosters collaboration with industry, government, and academic partners to address regional, national, and global challenges.
