Summary
The candidate will participate in developing AI/ML workflow for CLAS12 track reconstruction and electron identification in real-time. Development of software to train neural networks and deploy them online. Development of software for validation and comparison of results with conventional tracking and reconstruction algorithms.





Job Responsibilities:
Testing the AI driven reconstruction and particle identification algorithms, validation and comparison with conventional reconstruction.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education and/or training:

Ph.D. in Physics

Level and type of experience

3 years of post-doctoral experience in Nuclear/Particle Physics

Specific knowledge, skills, and abilities: Working with nuclear physics data, programming

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of common programming environments and languages C++/Java/Python.
