SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Director of Programs and Impact, the Project Manager will coordinate, implement, and evaluate community-based educational interventions delivered by CHWs. The role involves designing culturally relevant health education programs, developing curricula and materials, conducting pre- and post-intervention surveys and interviews, managing data collection and analysis, and ensuring timely reporting. The Project Manager will work closely with Community Health, Education & Training investigators, community partners, and CHWs to ensure interventions align with community needs and research data-collection protocols.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include 20/40 vision and the ability to adjust focus.
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. Work is primarily indoors, but some events may require the incumbent to be in an outdoor environment when traveling between campus buildings or off campus. Must be willing to travel, and work evenings and weekends, as needed.
This is a part-time position estimated for 20-25. Standard office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, however work after hours will be required to meet the demands of the position during peak times. Training sessions may be presented after regular work hours.
