This position reports to the Research Administration Compliance Specialist and has the primary responsibility for administrative closeout duties related to sponsored programs, compliance monitoring, reporting and communication, and record integrity and retention. The Research Compliance Administrator will assist the Research Administration Compliance Specialist in maintaining a seamless, well-coordinated, and effective compliance program on behalf of the Research Foundation. The Research Compliance Administrator will assist in ensuring that Research Foundation policies and practices align with those of the University and will adhere to the legal standards and in-house policies in place. This role offers flexible work arrangements, allowing for both hybrid and in-office options during standard business hours. Candidates must adhere to the terms outlined in the Telework Agreement. This position is anticipated to last approximately one year, with the possibility of extension based on budget availability.
Education and/or training:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in related field(s) of finance, research compliance, or Grant Management.
Level and type of experience
Experience in finance and sponsored program accounting, policies, and procedures.

Final salary offers may vary depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and budget availability. The anticipated hourly rate for this position is: $24.03 to $26.44
